Why jog? People ask me. Short answers from me:
– Exercise, and especially at my age, it’s not a want but a necessity. Without doing it, my headache becomes more frequent and my back ache, very painful one.
– Meditation. Life is hectic and I seldom have time to reflect my own purpose of life. Everyday after work, my mind becomes too tired to think of anything else. Jogging is my only time to ponder, think of ideas, reflect my own life, get de-stressed and move on with life.
– Connecting with Mother Nature. I love Mother Nature and my favourite jogging place is Taman Tun Fuad at Bukit Padang.
